This consent (hereinafter – Consent) is given by an Individual (hereinafter – Subject) in accordance with Federal Laws No. 38-FZ of March 13, 2006 "On Advertising" and No. 126-FZ of July 7, 2003 "On Communications", as well as Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data".
By filling out the form posted on web resources owned by Individual Entrepreneur Rybin Mikhail Alekseevich (TIN 384905822927, OGRNIP 320385000051839), such as qwer.agency, my.suin.ai, or other affiliated resources (hereinafter — the Platform), and/or by clicking on the button(s) confirming consent (for example, “I give my consent to advertising and information mailing,” “Subscribe,” “Send,” “Continue,” and similar), the Subject, acting freely, by their own will and in their own interest, and also confirming their legal capacity, gives their consent to:

- Other communication channels, which may be available on the Platform and voluntarily specified by the Subject.
- Processing of personal data, provided by the Subject, for the purposes specified in paragraph 1 of this Consent. The scope of processed personal data includes, but is not limited to: last name, first name, patronymic, email address, phone number, geolocation data, IP address, cookies, information about user preferences and actions on the Platform, as well as other data voluntarily provided by the Subject. Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the my.suin.ai Platform.
Consent Terms:- The Subject confirms that the text of this Consent is clear to them, the Consent is specific, informed and conscious, given voluntarily and in their own interests. The Consent confirms the fact of agreement to receive Mailings and process contact data in accordance with the provisions of this Consent.
- The Subject assumes responsibility for the accuracy and relevance of the provided contact data.
- The Subject is informed and agrees that at any time during the entire term of this Consent, they have the right to withdraw their Consent and unsubscribe from receiving Mailings. Withdrawal can be carried out:
- Through the special link "Unsubscribe" in each email or message.

- This Consent is granted for an unlimited period in the absence of information about its withdrawal by the Subject.
- Any action of the Subject by clicking on the buttons mentioned at the beginning of the document (for example, “I give my consent to advertising and information mailing”, “Subscribe”, “Send”, “Continue”), checking “✓” or “•” or “☓” or similar interface elements when filling out forms on the Platform, is a sufficient form of consent and allows to confirm to the parties the fact of receiving Consent, while no other evidence will be required for additional confirmation of the Subject’s free will.
- The Subject acknowledges that the withdrawal of Consent to receive advertising and informational newsletters does not entail the automatic cessation of personal data processing regulated by the Privacy Policy, if there are other legal grounds for such processing (for example, contract performance, legal requirements).
- By using the my.suin.ai Platform, the Subject also agrees to the User Agreement and Privacy Policy posted on this resource.
